Am very much pleased with this one I am gradually getting the hang of Cel-Shading and mixing it with my earlier forms of shading to create something rather interesting.
This is a 50-50 picture with Cosmo on the left and Gerta, the child who grew from the seed she left behind after her death, on the right. Theyre about sixteen here (Gerta naturally and Cosmo, obviously, via her artificial aging process).
As Ive already casually mentioned to a comment on the WIP, the style of Gertas clothing is designed to reflect her species heritage, but is a little more... rudimentary than Cosmos as a result of not being Seedrian made (she just randomly decided at the age of thirteen that she wanted to delve deeper into her origins, and everyone went along with it. Particularly Vanilla, as it gave her a chance to toy around with Seedrian designs. Shes quite the Seamstress, ne?) The stone on Gertas neck is a fake, obviously.
Now that's looks cool! xD Has a wonderful 3D-depth, anb bg is so matching...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
